Please, read carefully, the below mentioned terms and conditions, before making your reservation. Proceeding with a reservation by completing and signing the reservation form mentioned below, means that you have read and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions, Privacy policy and liability disclaimer.


INTRODUCTION

The following definitions apply to this contract: "We " or " us" refers to our company FUN TOUR GAMES - BASILINA TSIMPOUKA έδρα - διεύθυνση ΓΡΙΒΑ ΓΑΡΔΙΚΙΩΤΗ 18 ΠΕΙΡΑΙΑΣ 185 47, which is managing your booking. “Group Leader” – the person, who fills in the online reservation form “You” or "client" – the Group Leader and each and every member of the group.

BOOKING PROCESS

Our reservation form must be completed and returned to us after it has been signed by every member of the Group. No other form or communication, whether oral or written, will be accepted unless it is agreed, in writing, by us. Clients are responsible to provide accurate information during the booking process.

PRICING

The prices of the games / activities you have selected in the reservation form are in Euros. Prices are provided on, per person, basis. Discount of 10% on the price for a Group of 8 to 15 persons Groups above 15 persons, upon request. Free of charge participation for children below 8 years old. Tailor made activities and games for schools, big groups or companies upon request. Insurance is not included. Prices include VAT Expenses for drinks, food, fees to museums and any other duties are not included in the price. Our prices are subject to change without notice. Customers, already made a purchase are not obliged to pay the difference in case of a price increase. We are not liable for refunding the difference in the case of price reduction. Receipt of your payment will follow Thus our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contact between us.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Change of the date or cancellation of a game/activity follows the Below mentioned rules: * Until 10 days prior to the scheduled event: 100% refund * Between 10 days to 2 days prior to the scheduled event: 50% refund * Less than 2 days: no refund * No show up: No refund Refund will be returned within 30 days of the cancellation date. If the game/activity you have booked fails, for reasons, such illness, bad weather conditions, war or threat of war, civil strife, strikes demonstrations, industrial disputes, natural disaster, terrorist activity, etc. our liability to you shall be to a maximum of the cost paid by you to us for the game /activity. Compensation will be paid within thirty (30) days of the cancellation date. We are not responsible or liable, neither for loss, damage, theft of luggage and personal belongings, illness, disappointment or frustration during the tour, nor any type of interruption due to weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances.

INSURANCE

We do not arrange any type of insurance for our clients. However, we advise our clients to have an insurance issued, covering all purposes as it is not included in our obligations.

PRIVACY POLICY & DATA TREATMENT

We agree to protect the privacy of our clients, by informing them that their personal data will solely be used by our company and not communicated to any third parties. The personal information will be exclusively required in cases which the information is necessary to identify and contact our clients. In particular, the personal data will be gathered and kept to supply the commercial electronic services of our products and the judicial Authority with the required information, if needed. PHOTOGRAPHS & VIDEO

You consent to us to use photos or videos of you taken during the games for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, we choose. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use such material, for publicity and promotional purposes.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

By participating in FUNTOUR GAMES LTD you agree that neither us nor any person associated with us will be liable to you or any other participant for any direct or indirect damages that arise, in any way. You agree to communicate this liability to any person that you invite to participate.

GOVERNING LAW

The contact between us and you shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance to the Law of the Republic of Cyprus. The Courts of the Republic of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us and you.
